Edmac Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions are designed to help you understand the rules, responsibilities, and policies that ensure a smooth and productive learning experience during your time with us. By enrolling in any course offered by Edmac Education, students agree to abide by all the guidelines mentioned below.
Our goal is to provide high-quality education, professional mentorship, and an environment that supports your academic and career growth. Please read these terms carefully before signing your enrollment form or attending classes.
1. Documents Required for Enrollment
Aadhar Card and two passport-size photographs.
Laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory for online sessions and project submissions.
2. Attendance Policy
A minimum of 80% attendance is compulsory for receiving the course completion certificate.
Students with attendance below 80% will not be eligible for final tests or certification.
Attendance is monitored regularly, and consistent participation is expected.
3. Fees and Refund Policy
No refund of course fees will be provided once enrollment is confirmed.
Fees are non-transferable and non-adjustable against any other course.
Students are requested not to demand refunds under any circumstances.
4. Leave Policy
If you are unable to attend classes, you must submit a leave request in advance via written application or email.
For medical reasons, a doctor’s note or prescription may be required.
Absence without prior notice will be considered unauthorized and may affect eligibility for certification.
5. Backup and Rescheduled Classes
Backup or extra classes will be provided only upon prior request and management approval.
Repeated absences without notice will not be compensated with additional sessions.
6. Punctuality and Discipline
Students must join classes on time. A grace period of 10 minutes may be allowed.
Respectful communication with trainers, mentors, and fellow learners is expected at all times.
Any misconduct or rule violation may lead to suspension or termination of enrollment.
7. Course Structure and Duration
Edmac courses are divided into two main categories:
Basic / Advance Course
Professional Course
Duration:
Basic / Advance Course – 3 Months
Professional Course – 3 to 6 Months (depending on program type)
Classes will be conducted both online and offline as per course design.
8. Learning, Tests, and Assignments
All tests, quizzes, and assignments must be completed within the given timelines.
Students must pass all required assessments to qualify for a certificate.
Failure to complete or submit assignments on time may affect the final evaluation.
9. Doubt Sessions and Communication
Doubt sessions will be arranged regularly. Students should inform the trainer in advance to schedule them.
All communication regarding academics or administration must be made through official Edmac channels only.
10. Placement and Career Guidance
Edmac Education does not offer placement guarantees or long-term support.
We provide career guidance, resume assistance, and interview preparation to help students move forward confidently.
Students are responsible for applying for jobs or internships independently after completing their course.
11. Conduct and Compliance

Students must follow all instructions from trainers and mentors.

Cheating during exams, disruptive behavior, or misuse of institute resources will result in strict disciplinary action.

Edmac reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including termination of enrollment, in serious cases.
12. Fee Payment

Fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule.

If a student faces any delay in payment, they must inform the management in advance.

Continuation of classes requires all payments to be up to date.
13. Certification Policy

Certificates will be awarded only to students who:
